Gateway page to Online AUSNZ Passenger
Lists
This site is designed to help family historians locate
passenger lists for migrant ships to Australia/New Zealand
and hence the entries relating to their studies.
The entries are listed by alphabetical order of ship's name
regardless of the arrival port.
This list is divided into two sections:
• List 1: Passenger data available—Those
subscribers holding passenger lists and prepared to undertake
a look up for you and forward an email response. They may
be prepared to forward a photocopy of the material at nominal
cost.
Special notes:
• Some vessels called at several ports to
disembark passengers. In most entries only one port of call
has been recorded. Where distinct lists for disembarkation
are known for subsequent ports a secondary entry may be
included.
• Some lists are already online and this is indicated
by the link Online: CLICK rather
than the subscriber's name.
• Extensive web sites are listed below and the lists
on these site must be accessed via those links.
To search the lists just type in the name of the vessel
of interest...

• List 2: Passenger information requested—Those
subscribers seeking access to a particular passenger list
not in List 1. Respondents may hold the list sought or be
prepared to undertake a look up at a local archive etc. They
will email the result and may be prepared to forward a photocopy
at a nominal cost to cover expenses incurred. Please
do not make a submission if you have no idea of the ship involved.
That task is beyond the scope of this page.
